Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and you may need to adjust your appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to keep your deposit.
• For a first-time cancellation, your deposit may be used as a credit toward a future appointment.
• This credit may not be used more than once. If you cancel a second time, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
If an appointment is canceled without rescheduling, or if you fail to give 48-hour notice, 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file, based on the services that were booked for that day.
